Bright citrus notes, white fruit and mineral. The grapes are direct pressed in a pneumatic press, then fermented and aged in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Many complementary parcels are co-fermented together and the final blend comes from three distinct terroirs: gravely soils, flint and heavy clay.
