Discovery Bubbles
Wine 1: Marquis de Sade Cava
This cava is a blend of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Xarel·lo, 15% Macabeo, and 15% Parellada. Light golden in color, clear and bright with a nice mousse of medium sized bubbles. The nose has seltzer, slight diesel notes (which blew off with air), almonds and green apples.
Wine 2: Cantina Puianello, Colli di Scandiano Lambrusco Gasparossa
Vibrant red color with violet reflections. With an intense and vinous aroma, with references to violet, it is fresh and characteristic on the palate, revealing a structured Lambrusco. It goes well with traditional Emilian recipes, from first courses to main meat courses. Serve at 14 – 16 ° C
