Wine 1: Tavignano Pet Nat Marche Bianco Frizzante
Pet Nat - Verdicchio 70%, Malvasia 15%, Sangiovese 15% sourced from estate vineyards, from 1.5 hectares at 240-270 mt above the sea level. Bottled with residual sugar and natural 2nd fermentation in bottle for 2 months - and unfiltered. Complex aromas of citrus, soft florals, and herbs lead to a delicate and dry palate with a lively acidity. Perfect as an aperitif or accompanied by exotic fusion recipes.
Wine 2: Delta Brut Rose
Grown in cool-climate sites in Sonoma Coast. 100% certified organic farming. Winemaking: Natively fermented aged in a mix of new and neutral barrels.
Red cherry, cranberry, dried mushroom, cedar, lavender, rose petal. Made from 100% Pinot Noir.
