Wine 1: Galactica Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vineyards in the Valle Central of Chile. The wine shows notes of dark cherry, plums, and rhubarb with hints of cigar box, clove, eucalyptus, and leather. Undertones of blackberry, dark chocolate, ripe currants, and baking spices come through on the finish. The oak is well integrated and leads to a fruit driven wine held tight with soft, fine grained tannins.
Wine 2: Galactica Sauvignon Blanc
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards in the Valle Central of Chile. This bright and fresh wine jumps out of the glass with hints of lemon, gooseberry, lavender, chamomile, sweet pea, and mint with some mineral notes on the finish. The wine is lighter in style, crisp, and well balanced making this a versatile and easy drinking Sauvignon Blanc.
Certified Sustainable - grapes grown in mostly Alluvial soils with some sandy loam and clay.
