Wine 2: Galactica Sauvignon Blanc
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards in the Valle Central of Chile. This bright and fresh wine jumps out of the glass with hints of lemon, gooseberry, lavender, chamomile, sweet pea, and mint with some mineral notes on the finish. The wine is lighter in style, crisp, and well balanced making this a versatile and easy drinking Sauvignon Blanc.
Certified Sustainable - grapes grown in mostly Alluvial soils with some sandy loam and clay.
Wine 2: Ferrandier Viognier
100% Viognier from France. Straw yellow. Full-bodied and flavour. Intense and very complex nose of pineapple, lychees, peaches and apricots. Full-bodied and flavourful on the palate. Served between 12°C-13°C, not too cold, and let the wine breathe or decant it before serving. Goes well with spicy and exotic cooking and can also stand alone as a cocktail wine. Grapes are from 18 year old vines, grown in Clay and Limestone on a lagoon bed with salt content.
