Humagne Rouge La Mourziere Red Wine
Humagne Rouge La Mourziere Red Wine
To create the ideal conditions for this unusual Swiss red, terraces were not created and the extremely rocky earth was organized into narrow levels strengthened by rock walls while still more rocks were collected in piles called "Mourzières." This is 100% Humagne Rouge, a local variety that is quite earthy and wild, with dark fruit notes and a remarkable freshness. Think fresh mountain herbs and flowers.
