Beautiful purity of Gamay Noir fruit – meets cement aging – showcasing the unique expression of Beaujolais that cannot be reproduced anywhere – but here! The wine’s aromatic constellation is bright and complex, revealing notes of red and black cherries, sweet cranberries, woodsmoke, a dollop of fresh herb tones and a refined base of soil. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and succulent at the core, with a good foundation of soil tones, tangy acids, just a bit of backend tannin and fine balance on the long and complex finish.
