Pop's Wine Co. is a project from winemaker Woody Hambrecht and wine industry veteran Josh Lavis, from grapes grown in Grist Creek Vineyard, California.
This wine is vibrant, aromatic, and refreshing, with notes of zesty citrus, crisp orchard fruit, and lush floral tones. It’s versatile enough for pairing with seafood, salads, or as a light, crisp table wine.
The vineyard is Certified Organic, boasting shallow red clay and volcanic, iron-rich soils. No herrbicides are used and heavy organic compost maintains a healthy soils.
The Pop's label is named for Woody's grandfather, who planted vines across multiple Sonoma County sites in the 1970s
