Stirm Chardonnay
This Chardonnay comes from a single vineyard in the heart of the limestone laden Cienega Valley. Planted in 1997, this 11 acre block sits on the north side of the creek that transects the Cienega Valley floor. The soils are a mix of alluvial sands weathered from the calcite limestone of the Gabilan Mountains that overlook this narrow valley.
Clean and fresh with notes of apple, citrus and minerality on the finish. Perfect with roast chicken or salmon.
