While Simone has two decades of experience in Piemonte, one might still call him a ‘newcomer’ to Barolo. Hailing from Turin makes him a bit of an outsider even after all these years, but he’s making emotionally provocative expressions of Barolo that stand up to any of his neighbors. This Nebbiolo is beautifully balanced with red fruit, herbal notes and structured tannins. A beautiful food wine!
