Wine 1: Protocolo Organic Rose
Dominio de Eguren’s Protocolo Organic Rosé is a light, fresh Spanish rosé made from 100% Bobal, grown in sustainable, dry-farmed vineyards in Castilla, with a pale pink hue, strawberry and wild herb aromas, and a smooth, elegant finish.
Region: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, Spain
Variety: 100% Bobal
Vineyard Age: 30–70 years old, with limited yields
Wine 2: Olivares 2025 Rose
Variety.- 100% Garnacha
Harvest & Elaboration.- Harvested on the first week of September, grapes are loaded into stain steel vats, with the presure of the grapes, before must is released. This juice is called ”mosto flor” and it holds very fragant aromas.
