Wine 1: Escudo Real Rose
This Rosé is light and fresh with aromas of strawberries and flowers. 60% Touriga Nacional and 40% Espadeiro. Classic Vinho Verde style with roughly 15g/L of residual sugar perfectly balanced with crisp acidityBottled under screwcap with a slight petillanceers. Balanced on the palate with flavors of tart fruits that lead to a delicate finish

Wine 2: Coateaux D’Aix en Provence Rosé La Chapelle Du Seuil
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle and Sauvignon blanc. The highest vineyards in Aix-en Provence at 350-500 meters above sea-level. Soil is clay-chalk-rock mix, remarkably complex due to its situation on an ancient fault line. Plates form layers of iron rich calcaire, clay/calcaire, galet, and marneux. Vines have an average age of 30 years-old. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tank.
