Wine 1: Rio Madre Rose
Deeply hued, with lovely texture and depth, and intense flavours of red cherry, blood orange, red apple, pink peach and nectarine. It's rich and concentrated yet focused, with a lovely presence on the mid-palate and a subtle spicy veil (fennel top, white pepper). A really food-friendly rosado with a tail of pomegranate and cranberry juice.
Tasting Notes
This old-school rosado shows a deep color and rich flavors of black cherry, macerated strawberry, licorice and spice. Firm acidity and light tannins give this structure.

The ideal rose for everyday drinking. This classic Southwest French rose is big on character, beautifully balanced, and is exactly what you'd expect to be served in a French county bistro. A blend 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Tannat from estate-grown grapes. Sustainably-farmed / Lutte Raisonne. Certified by Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE).
