Wine 1: Alturis Verduzo
Verduzzo is the closing experience that every meal deserves. With its intense and complex impact, it brings to mind honey and barley, with a discreet pleasantness that evokes the aroma of almonds in the finish. The sensory surprise when tasted individually is as great as the perception of harmony with desserts, creams and dry pastries. A further dimension of potential is in the combination with blue cheeses.
Wine 2: Stonecrest Whitestone
Stonecrest White Stone is a locally made sweet white wine made from the native Cayuga grape varietal, grown right here in Central Ohio. This varietal makes for a sweet, light and bright white wine that has notes of peach, apricot and honey. Perfect served chilled or with light appetizers, spicy cuisine or even sushi.
