This wine is 100% Riesling sourced entirely from Ten Hands Vineyard on the northeastern shore of Old Mission Peninsula, Michigan. The vineyard is organically and biodynamically farmed, benefiting from cool East Bay breezes and warm fall days tempered by crisp nights, which help the grapes develop full flavors while maintaining freshness.
Bos All That Is Gold features a stone-fruity profile with flavors of peach skin, honeysuckle, and navel orange, balanced by a crisp backbone and a weighty palate. The aroma may include honeysuckle and dried thyme, complemented by melon and citrus notes
This Riesling pairs well with protein-rich snacks, such as a stacked cheese board, seafood, or lightly spiced dishes.
